POLICY MAKERS Within the Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) each congregation chooses its own form of decision making.  Here at Central Christian in Wooster we believe the authority for decisions lies in the congregation as it listens to what God is calling us to do and be.  However, it is not practical for the entire congregation to gather to make the day-to-day decisions needed for the congregation's life.  We have an Executive Committee composed of leaders of various groups within the church and an Official Board that meets monthly (except July and August).   Follow the links on this page to learn who the members of the Executive Committee and the Official Board are and to read the minutes of their meetings.
